[email protected] > Hi Matt, I hope you’re well. It was so lovely to meet you last year at LLHM and I hope you have been well since we last spoke. I’m getting in touch as we’re starting to plan for this year’s event and wanted to see whether you might be available again. Race day is Sunday 12 April , and we’d love to explore the possibility of working with you if you’re free. The brief would be very similar to last year in terms of timings, but with a slight shift in focus. This year we’re particularly keen to capture some of our route activations, including stages and performers, alongside some charity cheer stations you naturally come across on the route (rather than specific pre-selected ones). I’ve copied Rachel here, who I think you have worked with before and looks after the route activations, so she can advise on priorities if helpful. If this sounds of interest, it would be great to know: whether you’re available on 12 April, and if so, whether you’d be happy to share a quote for the day, based on similar coverage to last year. We’re expecting similar timings to last years event. Although please let me know if there are any issues /works planned with trains etc the morning of the event and we can look at timings that would work. Thanks so much, and I hope to speak soon.
